Annual Charity Christmas Party

On the 14th December 2017 we hosted our annual Charity Christmas Party, the theme being ‘A Night at the Races’. We played a series of old historical horse races whereby you could place bets for various odds and the top five winners of the night won a prize.

We also had a raffle for a Christmas Hamper, buying squares on a grid and randomly selecting a winning number.

Alongside this, we provided a tasty hog roast courtesy of The George Hotel in Dereham, nibbles and plenty of drinks and laughter.

All the money was donated to Break Charity, who were there to help us out on the night. We are overwhelmed with the turnout and support received and would like to thank all who attended.

This year Break Charity are celebrating their 50th anniversary and are asking fundraisers to carry out ‘50 themed’ challenges, whether it be running 50 miles, walking 1 mile a day for 50 days, baking 50 cupcakes or anything at all relating to the 50 theme.

They are also preparing for the GoGoHares in summer 2018. Similar to the legendary GoGoGorillas and GoGoDragons, it is a trail around the city to find as many GoGoHares as possible, a fantastic day out around the city of Norwich for groups of friends, couples and families.
