GoGo Hares!

Break, a Norfolk children’s charity, are organising their third art trail in 2018 in partnership with Wild In Art, raising valuable funds for the charity as well as offering a free mass participation event which encourages visitors and locals to explore our county. 2018 celebrates 50 years of Break, and there will be 3 styles of hare sculpture, 50 around the city, 15 around the county and a further 100 plus baby hares or leverets as part of the learning project – GoGoCreate.

There are opportunities for businesses to still get involved with the county trail, with a few moongazer style sculptures to locate and sponsor around the Broadland district. We are also encouraging schools, clubs and organisations to sign up for the learning programme and details for both options can be found on the website (gogohares.co.uk).

The trail runs from 24th June – 8th September 2018, with a chance to see all the hares for one last time 7-10th October, culminating in an auction of 50 sculptures on 11th October at The Forum, Norwich.

Break have a full and varied programme of fundraising events to offer businesses and individuals to get involved in from the hot coal challenge, Stody run, Norwich duck race, golf days, take a break4cake and clay pigeon shooting. The charity also encourages corporate patrons, making Break your business charity of the year or taking on a group or personal challenge to do 50 of something in 2018 for our My Break 50 (MB50), all raising valuable funds for the charity as well as getting involved as a volunteer, making new friends, working as a team or setting individual goals.

There is something for everyone working alongside Break and together we will all help by Changing Young Lives.
