Mental Health First Aid
After the fantastic success of our inaugural Mental Health First Aid course we will be running another Mental Health First Aid course. This course will be taking place on 28th February & 1st March at our training venue No.8 Thorpe Road in Norwich.

This two day course is the mental health equivalent of physical first aid training and provides delegates with the skills and confidence to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right support.

Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work –


The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at work course is a must have for any designated First Aiders in the workplace.

This course will introduce delegates to:
- The roles and responsibilities of a First Aider
- The legal requirements for First Aid provision
- The importance of accurate incident reporting and how to assess an incident
- The need to minimise the risk of infection
- The importance of assessing the incident
- Undertaking a primary survey
- When and how to call for help

Health and Safety Masterclass -

The Health and Safety Masterclass is aimed at anyone who is working within Health and Safety on a day to day basis, any senior members of staff who deal with Health and Safety or anyone who is looking for an update on their current Health and Safety Training.
