IOSH Managing Safely – 21st, 22nd and 29th June 2018

This qualification is designed to get managers and supervisors, from any sector, up to speed on the practical actions needed to make health and safety “happen” in their teams. IOSH is the professional association for safety and health practitioners, with a global name to back up their courses.

Mental Health First Aid

Our Mental Health First Aid course will be taking place on 5th & 6th July at our training venue No.8 Thorpe Road in Norwich.

This two day course is the mental health equivalent of physical first aid training and provides delegates with the skills and confidence to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right support.

- Anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders and self-harm

Meet Up Mondays Norfolk
Meet up Mondays is a national initiative to get people together in their local comminuty in a combat against loneliness. The concept is simple, every Monday for 2 hours a group of people host tea/coffee and sandwiches. Anyone can come along and chat over refreshments for free. There may even be a cheeky raffle...

Here at No.8 we launched the first Meet Up Monday in Norfolk. Anyone can host a Meet Up all you need is a public place to host the event. Meet ups take place every Monday and everyone is welcome!
